Frustrated is My Name!

Ever have a feeling that you are not in controll? I some times get the Christmas blahs. But the Christmas frustration is a bit new. First I can't find my gift for the gift exchange next week at the guild meeting. I've looked every where I can think of. My husband said he would help me look but he's in his own little world. I put the gift away when we cleaned the house so it couldn't have gone far could it?

I told my mother I wouldn't help her finish her Christmas knitting this year. Today she tells me she has a favor she needed to ask me. She told me you knew it was coming. I was hoping it wouldn't happen. I'm avoiding it and hoping she finishes her project. I even helped her do some tinking this afternoon.

I either took all my medication or I over medicated myself. I can't remember. I called for a refill and the doctor has to be contacted. Oh, joy, she's not in the office until Saturday.

Last night my bank account was overdrawn. I had my husband take me to the ATM machine so I could deposit some money. He drove right past the place. I don't know where his mind was. I deposited the money and was given a balance of $2.29. Today I had a balance of $17. What the heck is going on.

Then we have some things on order that haven't come in. I called the company last week to reorder and was told we would have it in a few days. Either some one is playing with us or a mail person is responsible.

Oh, yeah, I forgot last Thursday I used my Paypal debit card to pay for my breakfast at McDonalds. When I went to the post office after knitting the card was no where to be found. I have a sinking feeling that I left it on the tray. A friend took my tray from me to dispose of my garbage. I cancelled the card when I got home. I had to write a check because I didn't have my bank card with me.

Why can I remember all this stuff but can't resolve anything. I have a feeling something is wrong but I can't do anything about it. I'm so frustrated.

Eileen, you say you cannot find the gift for the Guild exchange because you put it away when you were cleaning house? How many times have you heard me say that I don't clean house because if I do, then I can't find a thing afterwards? 'Nuff said!!!!!
