Ellen vs Mutts & Moms
I couldn't believe the lady from Mutts & Moms being so mean. I nearly cried watching Ellen DeGeneres sobbing on air yesterday. I've read everything I can find and I think the right thing to do is to give the dog back. If Ellen can admit she made a mistake Mutts & Moms should be big enough to evaluate the family and do the right thing.

Autumn & Life

My beautiful little girl, Sidney holding the bear I made her in Nashville.
It's been a very busy month since I last posted. It's not easy having a parent living in my space. It's been three years and believe me I keep thinking who's going to out live who.
I love my yarn get togethers and just plain getting away. Coming home is always a downer. I managed to get out of the house everyday but today.
I've been reading a book called "The Friday Night Knitting Club." The book has gotten me to think about my friendships. Meeting some one doesn't always mean a friendship will grow. It's that bit of throwing something at the wall and seeing what sticks. The women in the book were from all walks of life and yet they all became friends.
I've been having a time keeping my focus on my knitting. I try every evening to knit on an afghan I'm making for my son. I have my carry a longs which are getting done but not a quickly as I would like.
I'm working on Christmas shopping. I've given QVC some of my business. I'm afraid to see my credit card bill. I've done some mail ordering too. Last weekend was Party on the Pavement downtown and I picked up a few Christmas stocking stuffers.
I don't think I have to worry much about my husband getting out as he's become a stool sitter at George Webbs. His health is another matter but whatever happens we'll handle it.
I can't believe Anna Nicole is back in the news. That Rita Cosby will probably be facing some law suits from her book.
I'm a Hillary Clinton fan and I think I need to come out of the closet and admit it. I'm on her e-mail list so I've gotten e-mails from Bill and various other celebs. Hillary is her own person and Bill always said she was smarter then him. It's time for change. I can hardly wait to see King George leave. Sorry if I offend any one. I always liked Eleanor Roosevelt (not because she knit) because she had such a strong presence.
Knit on and enjoy!
