Time is flying by!

My two granddaughters on Halloween. My daughter and son-in-law give a very lavish party every year. My husband and I crashed the party this year.

A couple weeks back I went on a yarn run with four other friends. We went out to Janesville to a shop called Dragonfly. Then we doubled back to a shop called Studio S, had lunch and then to Kenosha. We stopped at Fiddlehead Yarns and from there went up to Oak Creek to Just 4 Ewe. Of course I bought yarn. I just can't resist.

Tonight was open knitting at Just 4 Ewe. It was the first anniversary and becoming an A lister for shop owner Jan. It was to heck with the diet night for me. There was lots of food and cake. Jan has new yarns in the shop and of course I had to have some. Now I need to find time to knit up the yarn into Christmas gifts.

Thanksgiving is just around the block. I sometimes wish time wouldn't fly by so fast.

Please let us know what yarns you got at each shop, and what you have planned for them. Vicarious yarn shopping is so much fun. Please share.

I bought worsted weight yarn at Studio S which looks like Noro. I bought DK weight pink and purple varigated at Dragonfly and Mission Falls yarn to make mittens from Just 4 Ewe.
