Photo is of my niece and sister with my three precious grandchildren.
We had the best 4th of July celebration in a very long time. We went to the parade downtown and sat in front of The Ivanhoe. This was our third year sitting in front of the place my son-in-law and daughter own.
Later we went to my son and daughter-in-law house of a cookout. It was so nice to have my grown children and grandchildren there. Also, my sister and her family, my mother and our DIL's parent were in attendance. My husband said we would have the cookout and then our DIL called and said she wanted to move it to her home. It dawned on me much later when my son Scott and his FIL kept bringing out fireworks. I must have 10 mosquito bites but it was worth it watching the fireworks display.
